As this is a live escape room event, once the booking is confirmed we cannot accept cancellations or refunds, we may however be able to reschedule you to another date or time depending on how many days in advance you are rescheduling.
Unfortunately our escape rooms are not wheelchair accessible as we are based up 2 flights of stairs with no lift.
Background music and sound effects are used within our rooms. However, the majority can be solved without hearing the audio. Levels of lighting may also differ within the rooms.

Of course. Many people who suffer from claustrophobia have fully enjoyed their escape game experience with us. However, please note that personal experiences may vary due to the degree of your claustrophobia.
There is the opportunity to exit the room at any point if you feel uncomfortable.
Our Bradford Based – Paradox Escapes provides a creative form of alternative entertainment, very different from usual team building events. We can accommodate for a vast array of private events such as corporate events, birthday parties or anniversaries. We will always attempt to cater to any specific requirements.

We recommend that all players arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to undergo your briefing and introduction.
Our escape room experience is fun for everyone of all ages. However, players 15 and under must be accompanied in the room by a paying adult over the age of 18.
All of our rooms are designed for groups of between 2-6 players. There must be a minimum of 2 players due to the number of puzzles within our rooms.
